Acceptance of Terms

www.desertfiredesigns.com is solely owned by Desert Fire Designs. By using this website and online shop, it is deemed that you accept the Terms and Conditions of this site. We reserve the rights to change these Terms and Conditions at any time; we also reserve the rights to refuse the sale of any items.

 

Placing an Order

Order online by browsing through our online store and place your order using our easy to use check-out system.

If you wish to pay through other means, please contact us either by email or phone.
All items are sold on a “first come first served” basis.

Please note that photographs are not to scale, we do however aim to photograph as realistically as possible.

 

Postage

Desert Fire Designs will post within seven working days after receipt of payment. Delivery time in Australia is 5 to 10 working days and approximately 14 days to international destinations.

If you wish to purchase multiple items, please let us know and we will work out the freight for the total order.

 

Delivery within Australia

Postage is by Australia Post; Parcel Post with signature on delivery. The cost is $12 anywhere in Australia.

 

International Postage

Postage to international destinations is through Australia Post using either Pack and Track International, Registered Post International or insured parcel post.

If you wish to post via other means such as using international couriers e.g. Fedex , DHL…, please contact us first in order for us to calculate costs.

 

Customs and Duties

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all associated fees when shipped to international destinations.

 

Refund & Exchange

Desert Fire Designs will exchange or refund for items which have been damaged in transit or for incorrect goods shipped.

 

Damaged Items

If the item received has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately either by email or phone. We will then communicate with you regarding returning the item for either a refund or exchange.

 

Please note:

  1. All original packaging and the damaged item should be kept. The item should be returned packed as it arrived to you.
  2. You are responsible for all costs related to shipping of the returned damaged items.
